Multi‐ or single‐family properties serving households at 80% AMI or less. Loans for mixed‐income properties may be sized in proportion to the number of affordable units
Eligible recipients:
Mission-driven affordable housing developers: nonprofit and community development corporations, limited partnerships with a nonprofit managing general partner; Consumer-controlled cooperatives, mission driven for profit developers of affordable housing, and Public housing authorities.

Acquisition Construction and rehabilitation Infrastructure development (land development) Predevelopment
Affordability requirements:
Up to 80% AMI with long-term affordability requirements (for homeownership properties, prefer 10 years or more, and for rental properties, 40 years or more)
Geography funding is available to :

Maximum financial assistance per project:
$4-5 million (minimum loan amount of $500,000, but loans outside this range will also be considered). Maximum LTV: up to 90% Minimum DCR: 1.15x.
